US Section 301 Tariffs on Mainland Products – Filing Entries Subject to Product Exclusions
| Brief | ： | US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a guidance note on filing entries subject to product exclusions on 8 February 2019. According to the guidance note, importers shall report the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) classification 9903.88.05 for imported merchandise subject to the exclusion. The product exclusions will be retroactive to the initial effective date of 6 July 2018 and remain in effect until 27 December 2019. | |
