The Chamber’s Spring Cocktail Reception was held at Grand Ballroom of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong this year. Officiating at the event were CY Leung, Vice-chairman of the CPPCC National Committee; Michael Wong, Deputy Financial Secretary and Andrew Leung, Chairman of Legislative Council. They joined the Chamber’s Chairmen to propose a toast to nearly 500 guests to wish everyone a happy new year.

Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Chamber, extended New Year greetings to the guests on behalf of the Chamber. He expressed his anticipation for the upcoming Budget announcement to further boost Hong Kong’s business and investment environment. He also mentioned that the Chamber would fully support the HKSAR government’s efforts in implementing Article 23 of the Basic Law. Wong, on behalf of the Chief Executive and the HKSAR government, conveyed New Year blessings to the attending guests and urged the Chamber to continue working hand in hand with the industry, contributing to the nation and Hong Kong.
