Duties:
- Plan and organise business activities, including forums, webinars and business delegations.
- Maintain positive relations with local, mainland and overseas government departments, trade associations, NGOs and related parties.
- Assist in receiving local and mainland business delegations.
- Provide secretarial support to relevant Committees of the Chamber.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least three years relevant working experience. Experience in business/industry associations or relevant government departments/statutory organizations an asset.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Knowledge of a third language an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications. Knowledge in Zoom, Photoshop and other multimedia applications an advantage.
Duties:
- Assist in organising activities for Chamber's members, including seminars, luncheons, and webinars.
- Coordinate with local and mainland government departments, trade associations, NGOs and related parties.
- Provide administrative support to the department and handle daily correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education with two years working experience. Experience in business/industry associations or relevant government departments/statutory organizations an asset.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Duties:
- Responsible for preparing material and updating corporate websites & social media
- Design e-Newsletter and photo retouch
- Video streaming / recording and editing
- In-house graphic design for Chamber's function
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Design / Web Design
- 2 years working experience in website update
- Hands on HTML
- Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing software
- Experience in IT support will be advantage
Duties:
- Serve the Ladies' Committee of the Chamber
- Assist in organizing conferences, seminars and PR functions such as cocktail receptions
- Liaise with government departments and other trade and industrial associations
- Handle daily correspondence
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education or above
- At least 2 years relevant experience in relevant field
- Willing to travel & strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
- (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant)
Duties:
- Assist in members’ recruitment and related tasks.
- Serve the Chamber’s Committee
- Handle daily correspondence
Qualifications:
- Tertiary educated
- At least 2 years working experience
- Fluent in Cantonese, English & Putonghua
- Polite and patient with enquiries
- Proficiency in computer applications.
