Duties:
- Formulate and organize events such as forums, variety shows, and charitable activities
- Liaise with relevant government departments and associations, and contractors
- Monitor daily operation of the department
- Provide secretarial support to the Chamber’s Committees
Qualifications:
- University or above
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience. Supervisory and hands-on experience in online events desirable.
- Experience in managing conferences and forums.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, presentation and management skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Strong PC skills and experience in digital and multi-media promotion
- Able to work independently under pressure
Duties:

- Co-ordinate Committee meetings and serves the daily operation of the Department
- Provide administrative support and handle daily correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years hands-on experience in event management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Good organizational skills and detail-minded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature and able to work efficiently and independently under pressure
- Experience in organizing webinars and hybrid events.
- Proficiency in computer applications. Knowledge in Photoshop and other multimedia applications an advantage.
Duties:
- Organize activities for Chamber's members, including luncheons, webinars, conferences etc.
- Liaise with government departments, NGOs and other related parties for Chamber’s activities
- Monitor daily operation of the department
- Serve the Chamber's Committees

Duties:

- Act as substitute receptionist when needed
Qualifications:
- Form 5 or above, with PC knowledge, familiar with Excel & Photoshop preferable
- Experience in meeting venue set-up with basic technical knowledge of on-line meeting an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese, English & Putonghua
- Good telephone manner with patience & politeness
- Preferable with at least 1 year relevant experience
