Application Procedure

• Traders can submit application directly in electronic mode or submit in paper mode by providing completed application form to the electronic trade service centre of our Chamber.

  • Paper Mode (Application Form Download)

  CHKO / COP (full electronic application)

  CHKO / COP (partial electronic application)

  CHKO / COP (amendment form)

  CHKO / COP (cancellation form)

• Manufacturers must first be registered with the Trade and Industry Department under Factory Registration in respect of the products they produce before they are eligible to apply Certificate of Hong Kong Origin & Certificate of Origin - Processing.
• Application must be submitted at least two clear working days in advance of the departure date of the vessel concerned

Payment Methods

• Electronic Mode : payment made to service provider
• Paper Mode : payment by cash or cheque (payable to “The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce”) on submission of application at our counter

Certification Fees

*EDI message fee is not included. For application in paper, a service fee for data input will be charged. (For details, please check Service Fees)

Collection

Collect certificate with receipt at our service counter
