Certificate of Origin - Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA CO)
Application Procedure
- Traders can submit application directly in electronic mode or submit in paper mode by providing completed application form to the electronic trade service centre of our Chamber.
- Electronic Mode
Electronic services are available from the following providers:：
- Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited (Tel: 2599 1700)
- Brio Electronic Commerce Limited (Tel: 2111 1288)
- Paper Mode (Application Form Download)
CEPA CO (full electronic application)
- Manufacturers must first be registered with the Trade and Industry Department under Factory Registration in respect of the products they produce before they are eligible to apply for CEPA CO
- Application must be submitted at least two clear working days in advance of the departure date of the vessel concerned
Payment Methods
- Electronic Mode : payment made to service provider
- Paper Mode : payment by cash or cheque (payable to “The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce”) on submission of application at our counter

Certification Fees

*EDI message fee is not included. For application in paper, a service fee for data input will be charged. (For details, please check Service Fees)
Collection
Upon successful application, an approval notification will be sent to trader. Traders do not have to collect certificate in paper form at our Chamber.
