Amendments of Certificates of Origin

Issued Certificate of Origin can only be amended once and such amendment must be made within 30 days from the issue date. Amendment of the following items is not permitted：

• Increase in quantity of goods
• Material change in the description of goods
• Change of destination
• Any other changes involving submission of new applications

Consignment Inspection

The Chamber shall have the right to inspect the goods under application and to check the books and records of the manufacturer
